Sitrep Operation Coconut – Battle preparation for Bali AS07-NOVEMBER-08/09

Anomaly is coming soon to Bali on 23 September 2017. Wishing all of you come to our beautiful island in Indonesia. Check out : http://events.ingress.com/xmanomalies/13Magnus/Bali. No rule until now but it always a good things to make a small field for exercise before the anomaly start. Hoping to reactivate some old player to pull this things off.

Initial plan is to cover whole Java island using Batam and Cocos Island as the fixed anchor with Bali anchor for layering but in the end evolve using additional Jogjakarta and Banyuwangi anchor to maximize field layers. Jogja layer is recognized with Operation Ulir Is Back as part of this operation.

Spoofer is still a major problem for Ingress, so we try to pull this operation around 40 minutes to checkpoint. We immunize the fixed anchor in Batam and Cocos Island to prevent any spoofer virus. Turned out it works since we prevented Enlightened Batam jarvising Batam anchor portal just in time before checkpoint. Kuddos for the effort though. 😛

In total, we managed to get 12 layers with around 1.3 Billion Mind Unit through the checkpoint. Few minutes after checkpoint, the spoofers smashed the Cocos Island anchor, but ghost field remained until few hours later.

In the end, Batam Resistance proud to be part of the operation although didn’t make any field. The purpose of the operation itself is not about who make the largest field anyway. It about contribution to the upcoming anomaly itself. Salute to @3cX, @silentroc, @Tjoe, @baldyboss, @ekowahyudi10, and @xxxiiiaaannnttt whose kidnapped last minute for this operation.

At least 6 spoofers flying around Batam, Cocos Island, Banyuwangi, etc. Wishing them to have a real life. The one heavily attacked is Cocos Island which is not surprising since this is the one not easily guarded. Batam anchor itself already Jarvised on purpose. Kuddos to Australian Resistance for the assistance and support within short notice.

Great appreciation effort made by Jogjakarta, Central and East Java Resistance to secure the link is outstanding. Thank you for all the support from the Indonesian Resistance as an overall.
